UK

Standard UK delivery (2-3 working days) will be free for orders over £75 and be shipped out by Royal Mail. All orders confirmed before 3 o’clock will be dispatched the same day. Orders under £75 postage will be charged at £4.

 If you require a quicker service, you can upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 working days) for £5.50. If local (Aberdeen only) and require an item to be delivered in the same day, get in touch and if possible we will try and arrange this.

 In certain circumstances we may opt to use a different courier, this will not affect the service or the price. All deliveries will require a signature and a tracking number will be provided once dispatched.

UK- CLICK AND COLLECT

Click and collect is a free service, and typically orders will be ready on the same day. Please do not attempt collection until you have received an email confirming your order is ready for collection.

All Click & Collect Orders are to be collected from our store (Signature Menswear, 349 Union Street, Aberdeen). When collecting the order please take a copy of the order confirmation and photo ID to present to a member of staff.  If someone else is collecting your order, they will need to bring a copy of the order confirmation and their photo ID.

 All orders will need a signature on collection.

Returns:

 14 Day online return policy:

We offer a full refund on full price items, except underwear and socks, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 14 days, starting from the day after you received the products. If you decide to return the goods they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and with their original tags attached. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

 

 Sale goods online return policy:

Please Note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
