  • What payments do we accept?

    We accept Paypal payment and all major credit and debit cards. If credit or debit card has been rejected on our website, please double check all the details typed in are accurate, your name and address must match the card holders address details. If this problem persists please contact your card provide

  • How much is delivery?

    Standard UK delivery (2-3 working days) will be free for orders over £75 and be shipped out by Royal Mail. All orders confirmed before 3 o’clock will be dispatched the same day. Orders under £75 postage will be charged at £4.

    If you require a quicker service, you can upgrade your delivery to Royal Mail 1st class (1-2 days working days) for £5.50. If local (Aberdeen only) and require an item to be delivered in the same day, get in touch and if possible we will try and arrange this.

  • How long does delivery take?

    Courier services operate Monday to Friday, Deliveries for the UK typically arrive within 2-3 working days from when the order was placed (Unless using an upgraded service). For any further information please call us on 01224 210050 or email: sales@signature-menswear.com

  • What is our returns policy?

    14 Day online return policy: We offer a full refund on full price items, except underwear and socks, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 14 days, starting from the day after you received the products. If you decide to return the goods they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and with their original tags attached. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.

    Sale goods online return policy: We offer a full refund on sale items, except underwear and socks, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 7 days, starting from the day after you received the products. If you decide to return the goods they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and with their original tags attached. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Shipping is non refundable.
