    RESTRICTIONS & TAXES

    EUROPE

    At Signature we dispatch all our orders from the United Kingdom, as of January the 1st 2021 the United Kingdom has left the European Union ending the free trade agreement as we know it. What this means going forward is that our customers within the EU will have to pay duties and taxes on top of their purchase, this is not featured on your invoice from Signature and will have to be paid by you upon entry of your destination country.  

    REST OF THE WORLD

    It is important to note that you may have to pay customs duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Signature invoice.  We are unable to predict these charges and we recommend contacting your local importing office. 

  • Returns Information

    Christmas Returns: We offer a full refund on items, except on underwear and socks, if returned in the condition in which they were sold. All items purchased online after 1st November 2022 are eligible for return up to 15/01/23.

    14 Day online return policy: We offer a full refund on full price items, except underwear and socks, if returned in the condition in which they were sold, within 14 days, starting from the day after you received the products. If you decide to return the goods they must be returned to us intact, undamaged and with their original tags attached. When trying on items of clothing, please ensure you handle the product with care. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. The cost of returning item(s) to us is your responsibility
